Paul Morris Bradley, age 79, died October 29, 1996 at his home in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Born September 28, 1917 in Salt Lake City to John Emerson and Mary Christina Larsen Bradley. Married Lois Ardella Rawson on March 15, 1938 in Salt Lake City.Important in Paul's life were his family, music and church service. Nothing took precedence over his wife of 58 years, Lois; their four children, 19 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. His passion for music spanned 63 years and included cross-country tours with the big bands of the 30's; the Utah and Wasatch Symphony orchestras, countless performances at local clubs and hotels; and recently a founding member of the Phoenix Jazz Band.

His love of flying spawned his first entrepreneurial adventure - the formation of West Air Aviation. He then bought a Studebaker dealership in Gooding, Idaho. Returning to Salt Lake in the 1950's, he then completed his career as a mobile-home dealer and later Realtor. He was an active member of the Parley's III Ward High Priest Group in the LDS Church.

Survived by wife, Lois; two sons and two daughters, Paul Rawson Bradley (May), Kathie Lois Knight (Steve), both Salt Lake City; Gary Rawson Bradley (Dwan), San Antonio, TX; and Kristine Bradley Read (Dennis), Reston, VA; two brothers, George Wallace Bradley and Keith L. Bradley, both Salt Lake City. Preceded in death by brother, Jack.

Funeral services Friday, November 1st, at 12 noon, Parley's III Ward, 2615 East Stringham Avenue (2295 South), where friends may call 10:30-11:45 a.m. Interment at Larkin Sunset Lawn Cemetery, 2350 East 1300 South.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Phoenix Band Scholarship Fund in care of the U of U Music Dept.
