The Utah Dietetics State Association has chosen Alyce Todd, an assistant teaching professor at Brigham Young University, as Utah's Young Dietitian of the Year. Chosen once a year, the Young Dietitian of the Year is given to dietitians 35 or younger who have done exceptional work in dietetics.
