Rosemarie Winter passed away Monday, December 9, 1996 in Salt Lake City.
Born a daughter of Samuel D. And Marie Wolz Winter in Salt Lake City, Utah. She attended schools in Salt Lake City and graduated from the University of Utah where she received her degrees. She did post graduate work at the University of California at Berkeley where she was a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma Fraternity.She taught school in the Salt Lake City District and was a member of the American Childhood Education Association where she served on the board for many years. She was an active member of the Symphony Guild where she served on its board and was also a member of the Ballet and Opera Guilds. She was active in volunteer work and was a member of the LDS Church.
Survivors include beautiful and dearly loved cousins, neighbors and many wonderful friends who added to the joy and richness of her life. God bless them all. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers: S. Leroy and Raymond C. Winter.
A memorial service will be held Friday, December 13, at 11 a.m. in the Garden Park Ward, 1150 East Yale Avenue (1080 So.) Where friends may call one hour prior to the services. Interment, Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park under the direction of Larkin Mortuary.
