The president is driving Miss Chelsea.

With Chelsea Clinton turning 16 Tuesday and soon applying for her driver's license, the leader of the free world is teaching her to drive. That's a situation even the first lady has described as scary because the president, a former Arkansas governor, has had a chauffeur for the past 12 years.

"I think the president has been learning a lot by driving with Chelsea," said Neel Lattimore, the first lady's deputy press secretary.
