Thelie (Thelma) Layne Mower Allred, age 61, died February 4, 1996 in Winnemucca, Nevada.
Born May 31, 1934 in Oak Creek, Utah to Winston and Thelma Larson Mower. Married to A. Dean Allred, January 25, 1952 in Elko, Nevada.Worked for Sperry Rand, W.H. Bintz Co., and Smith Management companies. Enjoyed the varied desert areas of the Mountainwest, and Native American art and culture. Loved to shop for antiques and unique novelties. Preceded in death by husband, Dean, whom she deeply loved, and missed very much.
Survived by son, Mark Dean, and wife, Carrie, Riverton; two grandchildren, Michelle, and Eric Allred, Midvale; two great-grandchildren, Andrea and Markus; two brothers, Jim Mower (wife, Betty) of Winnemucca; and Tom Mower (wife, Maureen) of Brigham City; and many special nieces and nephews. Her family would like to express their thanks for the loving care and concern of family and friends.
A graveside service will be held Thursday, Feb. 8, 1996, 1 p.m. at Fairview City Cemetery.
