Norbert Lee Panek, Jr., 71, passed away April 13, 1996 in Chandler, Arizona.
Born February 1, 1925 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Norbert and Julia Sladek Panek. Married Mageline R. Weaver. Later divorced. Married Diane Ames.Graduated from South High School, Navy Veteran. Retired from Chevron Oil Company, after 38 years. Affiliated with the Salt Lake County Sheriff's Posse.
Survivors: wife; children: Julie (Roger) Ellsworth, Bobbi (Dale) Penman; four grandsons; one granddaughter; and five stepdaughters; and 20 step-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 18, 1996 at 12 noon at the Wasatch Lawn Mortuary Chapel, 3401 South Highland Drive where friends may call 10:45-11:45 a.m. prior to services. Interment, Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.
