Colleen Eckersley Dorney, age 69, died in Henderson, Nevada on March 31, 1996.
She was born June 3, 1926 to Orson Samuel and Mabel Eckersley in Ogden, Utah. She loved travel and she lived in Salt Lake City, Chicago, Mississippi and London, England. Member of the LDS Church.Survived by four sons; Ken Dorney, Las Vegas, Nevada; Richard Dorney and wife Jill, Mishawaka, Indiana; Scott Dorney and wife Barbara, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; Steven Dorney and wife Jan, Glen Ellyn, Illinois; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; two brothers Arden Eckersley, Smithfield, Utah; Darrell Eckersley, Ogden, Utah. Preceded in death by a son Kim Dorney and a sister Afton McBride.
Graveside services will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, April 5, 1996 at the Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park (Mountain View Section). Friends may call on Thursday evening from 6-8 p.m. at the Wasatch Lawn Mortuary, 3401 South Highland Drive.
