Lynn A. (Snook) Lewis, 85, passed away May 8, 1996 of natural causes.

Born, February 1, 1911 in Lehi, Utah, son of George and Ruia Lewis. He shared 65 wonderful years with his sweetheart, Beulah Shaw whom he married on March 25, 1931. Marriage later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple, January 4, 1953.He lived in Lehi all of his life and was a friend to all who knew him. He retired from Alpine School District. He was active in the community where he retired from the Lehi Fire Department and the Lehi Civic Improvement Association where he served for over 40 years, 10 years as President. He was active in the LDS Church and was a High Priest in the Lehi 6th Ward.

He loved to work in his yard, visit with people, and was an expert silversmith. For the past 17 years he was a snowbird, living the winter months in Mesa, Arizona.

Survived by his wife, Beulah, Lehi; sons, Gary (Rhea), Lehi; Calvin (Ranae), Lehi; and daughter, Mary Lynn (Lynn) Boren, Pleasant Grove; brothers, Mervin (Bill), Lehi; Jack, Alpine; sisters, Nedra Roberts, Rigby, Idaho; Cleora Radebaugh, Waverly, Iowa; 10 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren, who brought joy to his later years. Preceded in death by his parents, his daughter, Geraldine, and granddaughter, Jody.

Funeral services will be held Monday, May 13, 1996, 11 a.m. in the Lehi 6th Ward Chapel, 120 West 200 So. Friends may call Sunday evening from 6-8 p.m. at the Wing Mortuary, 118 E. Main, Lehi, and Monday at the church, 9-10:45 a.m.

Interment, Lehi City Cemetery.
