Craig Taylor shirts, the two-year-old shirt company that has offered men's shirts exclusively for women, is introducing a men's collection. The shirts are made from fine voiles and Egyptian cottons, with Old World-style men's tailoring details like extra buttons sewn on the inside and detachable collars and cuffs. Paired with white jeans, the shirts have become part of a crisp summer wardrobe for some fashion editors.

Until this spring, Taylor's shirts, which fit fashion's romance with basic classics, were available only by mail. For fall, he has begun selling the shirts, for $125 to $300 each on average, through retail stores.- Constance C.R. White
