Lois Marriott Wilcox, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend, died on June 13, 1996, at the age of 93.
Mrs. Wilcox had been a resident of the Chateau La Jolla Inn, in La Jolla, California since 1988. She was born in Logan, Utah, and became a resident of Wynnewood, Pennsylvania in 1931. She also had a residence in Boca Raton, Floriday for many years.Mrs. Wilcox was a long time member of the Philadelphia Women's Medical College Auxiliary and the Ardmore Presbyterian Church in Ardmore, Pennsylvania. Mrs. Wilcox and her husban, Sidney S. Wilcox, were the donors of the Sidney S. Wilcox and Lois M. Wilcox Alzheimer's Center in Deerfield Beach, Florida.
Mrs. Wilcox is survived by her daughter, Joy Rawlings, of La Jolla, California, two granddaughters, Barbara Baker, of Altadena, California and Dru Kraft of Indianapolis, Indiana, and five great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, 11 a.m., June 19, 1996 at Ogden City Cemetery, where Mrs. Wilcox will be laid to rest alongside her husband. Family will meet friends Wednesday at the Lindquist's Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd., 10-10:45 a.m.
