Monroc Inc. has named Ronald Davis as president and CEO. He succeeds Robert Parry, who retired from those positions on May 22.

Davis, who has 25 years of experience in the concrete and construction industries, joined Monroc from the California-based CalMat Corp.Monroc produces and sells ready-mix concrete, prestressed and precast concrete building components, sand and gravel products and construction industry accessories.
