Our beloved mother, grandmother, sister and friend, Margaret Hollingshaus Woolston, age 80, died June 28, 1996.

She was born May 25, 1916 in Salt Lake City, to Alois Mathias and Clara Metzger Hollingshaus. Married Francis Benjamin Woolston, February 24, 1938 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He died September 17, 1988.Margaret was an active member of the LDS Church, where she was a devoted teacher in Primary for many years and also served in the Relief Society. She spent her life serving others. She always had a smile and a gentle way about her.

Survived by five daughters and two sons, Judy (Bernard) Hahn, Taylorsville; Jeanne (Dennis) Johnson, West Valley; Barbara Millham, Salt Lake City; David (Irma) Woolston, Bountiful; Peggy (Todd) Anderson, Sandy; Diana (Mark) Moon, West Valley City; Richard (Leslie) Woolston, Houston, Texas; 22 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; three sisters, Clara Warr, Eva Major, Helen Rosenlund; four brothers, Alfred, John, Grant and Harry Hollingshaus. Preceded in death by a sister, Milda Sharp, brother, Wilfred, and son-in-law, Thomas Millham.

Funeral service will be held Wednesday, 12 noon at the Academy Park 1st Ward, 4605 West Point Drive (4645 South), West Valley City. Friends may call Tuesday, 6-8 p.m., McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road, and at church Wednesday, 11 - 11:40 a.m. Interment, Wasatch Lawn.

The family would like to express their appreciation to the staff at Heritage Bennion Care Center, for the love and care they gave to their mother.
