Our loving Lynda Lee Penman Butler passed away August 9, 1996, at the age of 45.
She was born November 18, 1950, in Salt Lake City to Terrance and Violet Helen Napier Penman. A graduate of Viewmont High School and attended the U of U. Married John Francis Butler in November 1985 in Las Vegas. Her caring and giving spirit will be deeply missed by family and friends.Survived by husband; children, M. Scott (Diana) Green, Jennifer (Randy) Aragon, Thomas Jefferson Green, Jason F. and Jennifer R. Butler; Nana to: Shane Dakota Butler, Maddison Marie and Ashley Amanda Aragon, and Rachel Ann Butler; brother, Terrance Lynn (Sue) Penman; sisters, Christine Penman, and Connie (Steve) Redford; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Utah Diabetes Foundation, 340 East 400 South, SLC, UT 84111.
Funeral services Wednesday, August 14, 1996, 11 a.m., Pinecrest LDS Ward, Hidden Oak Stake Center, 11755 So. Highland Drive. Friends may call Tuesday, 7-9 p.m. at Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 So. State, and Wednesday, 10-10:45 a.m. at the church.
