Henry Jenkins passed away Sunday August 25, 1996 at the age of 87.

He was born August 18, 1909 in Ogden, Utah, the son of Hyrum and Rose Cox Jenkins. He was raised in Taylor, Utah. Married Primrose Henson February 20, 1932, she passed away March 1996.Henry helped to organize the Agricultural Clubs of Utah under the direction of Utah State University. He was the first president of the Future Farmers of America. Henry retired after 40 years. As Assistant Vice-President of Operations of Amalgamated Sugar.

Member of the Bountiful 33rd Ward, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

He is survived by three sons, LaMont, Bountiful; Larry, Morgan; and John of Evanston, Wyo.; ten grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Friday, August 30, 1996 at 2 p.m. at the Lindquist's Bountiful Chapel, 727 North 400 East, where friends may call Thursday, August 29, from 6-8 p.m. and Friday, 12:45-1:45 p.m. prior. Interment, Ogden City Cemetery.
