Christina Marie Foust, age 18, died September 5, 1996 in Jacksonville, North Carolina, a victim of Hurricane Fran.
Born June 8, 1978 in Lancaster, California, a daughter of Steven Lewis Foust and Gail Doreen Atkin.Nina was a very fun-loving person with a great sense of humor. She was deeply loved and will be missed by her many friends and family.

Survived by son, Shade Christian Diaz, North Carolina; parents, Gail and Darrel Atkin, North Carolina; Steven Louis Foust II, California; grandparents, Hope V. and Bill Case, West Valley; Shirley Swaske, California; great-grandmother, Beulah Viola Beard, Missouri; aunts, uncles and cousins, Sondra and and Jessica; Gary, Becky and children, Cynthia and Jacob, all of Sandy; Kim, Eddie and Children, Colton and Skylar; brothers, Steven Louis Foust and Darrel (D.J.) Atkin, both of North Carolina; Michael and James Foust, California; special friend, Raphael Diaz, Salt Lake City; also many other aunts, uncles and cousins.
Preceded in death by grandfather, Donald D. Burton.
Funeral services will be Saturday, 12 noon, at McDougal Funeral, 4330 South Redwood Road, where friends may call Friday, 6-8 p.m. Interment, Valley View Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Bank One in behalf of her son, Shade.
