Two men drowned after a boating accident late Sunday at Lost Creek Reservoir.

One man was pulled from the reservoir by rescuers about 10:30 p.m. and flown by medical helicopter to LDS Hospital in Salt Lake City. A nursing supervisor said the middle-age man later died.The identity of the man, who was believed to have been under water about 40 minutes, was not immediately available.

Divers found the body of the second man late Sunday, a sheriff's dispatcher confirmed Monday.

Sheriff's Sgt. Steve Seim said deputies were called at 8:20 p.m. when people fishing on the bank saw a boat in distress. Witnesses said two men were aboard - one appeared to be about 50 and the other about 30.

The boat sank and the men tried to swim to land but disappeared. Seim said the boat sank about 50 yards from shore in the center of the reservoir at the main dam site.
