Five new stakes have been created, two in New Zealand and one each in Brazil, Mexico and Puerto Rico.
The Auckland New Zealand Papakura Stake and the Auckland New Zealand Papatoetoe Stake have been created by Elder Bruce C. Hafen of the Seventy. The Papakura stake includes the Mountfort, Papakura, Pukekohe, Redhill and Takanini wards. The Papatoetoe stake includes the Auckland 14th and 23rd, Papatoetoe 1st and 2nd, and Isileli 1st wards.The Guaruja Brazil Stake, which includes the Enseada, Guaruja, Morrinhos, Vicente de Carvalho and Vila Aurea wards and the Boa Esperanca and Santa Rosa branches has been created by Elder Dallas N. Archibald of the Seventy.
The Puebla Mexico Amalucan Stake, which includes the Amalucan, Bosques, Chapultepec, Las Torres and Serdan wards, and the Citlaltepetl and Huacaltzingo branches, has been created by Elder Gary J. Coleman of the Seventy.
The Mayaquez Puerto Rico Stake, which includes the Aguadilla, Cabo Rojo 1st and 2nd, Mayaguez 1st and 2nd, and San German wards, and the Lajas, Sabana Grande and San Sebastian branches, has been created by Elder Stephen D. Nadauld of the Seventy.
Elsewhere, stakes have been reorganized in New Zealand, and in California, Colorado, Georgia, Utah and Wyoming.
