Kathryn was born to John T. and Ruth Dixon Isaac on September 10, 1918 in Leland, Utah.As a child, she loved animals--especially horses, fall harvest and her mother's wonderful cooking. Much to the chagrin of her many suitors, she was sealed to the love of her life, William Byron Huff, in the Salt Lake Temple June 12, 1940. They became the parents of five children.
She worked as a homemaker and in the family trucking business and completed 1000's of hours of volunteer service as a hospital pink lady. During her lifetime she wrote innumerable letters to family, loved ones, missionaries and service men and women. She was a faithful member of the LDS church and served unfalteringly throughout her life in many capacities.
