Heber Mark Bleak, 80, died Nov. 22, 1997 in Provo after an extended illness.
Born Dec. 23, 1916 to Mark Bleak and Annie Cottam Bleak in St. George, Ut. Married Carol Milne in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He attended the University of Utah School of Business. He served in World War II in the Asiatic-Pacific Theater. He operated and was past owner of a tire business in Provo.He is survived by his loving and caring wife, Carol; daughter, Carolyn Adamson (Allen), Sandy, Ut.; son, Kent Mark Bleak (Nancy), Meridian, Id.; grandchildren, Duane Adamson (Stephanie), Kristen Adamson, Stacey Hansen (Dennis), Nicole Adamson, Adrienne Bleak and Jeni Bleak; great-grandchildren, Brady, Kyleigh, Jessica and Tanner Adamson. They will all miss their "GP" very much. He was a loving, kind husband and father. Also survived by brothers and sisters, Ray Bleak (Dorothy), Al Bleak, Helen Cazier (Milo) and Edith Tolman. He was preceded in death by a sister, Grace Muir (Doug), and grandson, Cory Mark Adamson (Naomi).
Mark's family would like to express appreciation to Ken Proctor, family, friends, neighbors, Pat Johnson and staff of East Lake Care Center, and physicians who have cared for him.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, November 25, 1997 in the Wasatch Lawn Mortuary Chapel, 3401 S. Highland Drive, where friends may call 6-8 p.m. Monday and 12:45-1:45 p.m. Tuesday. Interment - Wasatch Lawn
