Richard Avon Hannah, 46, passed away December 7, 1997 due to injuries received in a tragic auto accident.
He was born September 11, 1951 in Torrance, California to Robert A. Hannah and Shirley Hannah Evans. Richard attended schools in California and Texas and served in the US Army, seeing action in the Vietnam War.He is survived by his father; mother; step-father, Thomas A. Evans; one son, Richard A. Hannah of San Diego, CA; two sisters, Colleen Peters of Portland, OR; Julie Padilla of Sacramento, CA; three step-sisters and one step-brother, Trudy (Troy) Zufelt; Lisa (John) Labrum; Tammy (Ron) Dodds; Tommy (Amber) Evans of Salt Lake and St. George.
A private graveside service will be held at Camp Williams Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday evening, 6-7:30 p.m. at Memorial Estates Mortuary, 5850 South 900 East, Murray.
