Beloved mother, grandmother and sister, Marie Allen Van Wagoner, 86, died December 23, 1997 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Born January 20, 1911 in Charleston, Utah to Thomas W. and Margaret Smith Allen. Married Fay Van Wagoner Dec. 22, 1933 in Salt Lake City. Marriage later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He died January 25, 1978. She enjoyed being with her family. Active member of the LDS Church having served in various positions throughout her life.Survived by her son, Allen and Claire Van Wagoner; grandsons: Brad, Bryan and Corbi, Steven Van Wagoner all of Salt Lake. 5 great grandchildren. Brother, Marvin Allen, American Fork. Sisters: Grace North and Golda Allen both of Orem. Preceded in death by brothers: Smith, Harold, Rodger and Ross.
Funeral services will be Monday December 29, 1997 at 12 noon at the Midway Stake Center (165 N. Center) where friends may call one hour prior to services. Interment, Midway Cemetery. Funeral directors, Olpin Mortuary, Heber City.
