Nevenka S. Funk, 81, of Manti, died Feb. 10, 1997 in Provo, Utah.
Born April 15, 1915 in Vrata Croatia, Yugoslavia, to Pauao and Marija Jovanovie, Skolich. Married Lyndon F. Funk in Los Angeles, Calif., March 3, 1939; later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple, Feb. 12, 1942. She was a housewife, homemaker and secretary.Survived by her husband; two sons, three daughters, Craig S. (Dorothy) Prescott, Valley, AZ; Lynda (Jim) Gallagher, Manti; Paula (David) Castle, Albuquerque, NM; Mark S. (Sherry) Washington; Gwen (Dennis) Doty, Sandy Valley, NV; 26 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Katie and Zora.
Funeral services Fri. 12 noon, Feb 14, 1997, Manti Tabernacle, where friends call Fri. 10-11:45 a.m. prior to services. Interment, Manti City Cemetery under direction of Buchanan Mortuary.
