Nicole Brown Simpson's sister Denise Brown has landed a $1 million book deal that will unlock the slain woman's diaries, her publisher said Tuesday.

The book, "Nicole's Story," will be published in the fall to mark the second anniversary of O.J. Simpson's criminal acquittal in his ex-wife's death, said Judith Regan, publisher and president of Re-gan-Books.Nicole Simpson "never had the chance to stand up and be heard in a court of law," Regan said in a news release. "But now, through her diary and her sister, she will be heard."

Brown, who raises money to help battle domestic violence, could make more than $4 million if the book becomes a best seller, the New York Post reported Tuesday. It will have an initial first printing of 250,000 copies.
