Michael Jackson is the only defendant left in an ex-security guard's wrongful termination lawsuit after a judge dismissed claims against two other defendants in the case.

On Wednesday, Superior Court Judge David A. Horowitz dropped MJJ Productions and Jackson security chief Bill Bray from the suit.The former guard, Jerome Johnson, says in his suit he was fired after claiming Jackson's staff tried to cover up the singer's alleged sexual encounters with a young boy. Johnson said he overheard Bray bragging that he lied to the grand jury investigating the case.
