Nellie O. Olsen passed away February 28, l997 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Born July 29, l908 in Odense, Denmark to Lars Henrik Olsen and Christine Christensen. Married Thomas Peter Prestmann Olsen February 10,1929 in Aalborg, Denmark. Later solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple. She was a Salt Lake Temple worker, with her Husband. He passed away January 9, l997. Served as Relief Society president in Aarhus, Denmark, 1945-46, where she had the privilege of being in charge of distributing clothing donated by LDS members in Salt Lake City to the Saints in Aarhus right after the second World War.Survived by son, B.(Dan) Prestmann Olsen (Mary Ann), Park City; daughter, Amy O. Jensen (Severin), Lake; 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren. Prededed in death by oldest son, Hans Jorgen in 1983.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 4, 1997, 12 noon in the Larkin Mortuary Chapel, 260 East South Temple, where friends may call from 10:45 to 11:45 a.m. prior to services.
Interment, Salt Lake City, Utah.
