Property Management Systems Inc., a company overseeing the financial and maintenance management of 3,000 properties and formerly located at 3480 S. Highland Drive, has purchased a 15,000-square-foot building at 262 E. 3900 South for its new headquarters.
John M. Holland, president, said coincidentally the new telephone number of 262-3900 and the address are the same.PMS's 80 employees manage condominium complexes, homes, apartments, offices and retail space. The move has reunited the company's accounting and service staff, which had been located in offices a block apart.
PMS will occupy most of the second level of the building. The remainder is leased to 12 other businesses, Holland said.
