The suspect in the shooting death of Ennis Cosby was indicted Friday by a grand jury, but a judge ordered the indictment sealed until next month.

The suspect, Mikhail "Michael" Markhasev, will be arraigned May 1, when Superior Court Judge John Reid said the indictment against 18-year-old Markhasev would be unsealed.Markhasev was arrested March 16 for the January murder of entertainer Bill Cosby's son and pleaded not guilty March 28 in municipal court.
