At least that's what an Australian promoter said as he listed Bolton's backstage demands in a lawsuit. Michael Coppel said the singer who won over mainstream audiences with the Otis Redding hit "(Sittin' On) The Dock of the Bay" backed out of a $1.2 million concert tour."His management said, `The dates that you're doing aren't going to sell out, and we can't deal with him playing less than sold-out shows. His ego is too hard to handle,"' the April 28 issue of Time magazine quoted Coppel as saying.
