Rescue workers and observers look at the wreckage of a train crash at Rongjiawan station, in central China, Tuesday. The death toll from Tuesday's crash could exceed 100. More than 1,000 police and rescue workers used cranes to move wreckage and to open a carriage they had been unable to reach since one train ran into another. Officials were investigating the cause of the crash, but initial reports showed human error and a failure to switch the points for one of the trains might be to blame.
