Lina Bothe, age 84, our beloved Mutti, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family.
Born March 2, 1913 in Muenchehagen, Germany, to Heinrich and Anna Wesemann. Married William Bothe April 4, 1936, later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple. Immigrated to Salt Lake City in March 1952. Lina was a homemaker who was dedicated to her family. She enjoyed cooking, baking, crocheting and gardening. She was the consummate hostess.Survived by her husband, of 61 years; son, Wilford (Christel); daughter, Irene Jung (Herbert); three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She is the last survivor of five children.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, June 16, 1997 at the Wasatch Lawn Mausoleum, Everlasting Gardens, 3401 So. Highland Drive. Visitation with the family, 11:45 a.m.to 12:45 p.m. prior to services at the Wasatch Lawn Mortuary.
