Arthur Peraza, Jr., 16, died May 31, 1997, at his home in Midvale after a long struggle with Cerebral Palsy.
Born May 14, 1981 in Murray, Utah to Arthur and Rachel Gonzalez Peraza.Arthur is survived by his mother and father; his sister, Andrea; grandparents, Viola Gonzalez and Heriberto Varela, and by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Funeral services Tuesday, June 3, 11 a.m., Goff Mortuary, 8090 So. State, where friends may call Monday 6-8 p.m. and Tuesday 10-10:45 a.m.
Interment, Midvale City Cemetery.
