Luella Page Lundgren, age 92, returned to our Heavenly Father and "Billy", June 26, 1997, at her home in Bountiful, Utah.

Luella was the daughter of Thomas H. Page and Sarah E. Luker and was born January 21, 1905. Married to Willard C. Lundgren, March 25, 1926, later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple, May 14, 1941. He preceded her in death April, 1983. She worked in the beginnings of the school lunch program and later became as federal employee during World War II.Her hobbies included crochet, knitting, quilting, canning, oil painting and tatting for which she received many ribbons and prizes from the Davis County Fairs. Her children and grandchildren received her quilts and afghans. The babies always received a blanket of pure love. She learned to play the cello and played many duets with her daughter, Carol. She also belonged to the Westminister Orchestra and played with the Senior Citizens Orchestra. She was an active member of the LDS Church as genealogist, Spanish extraction, quilt director and teacher. As her family, we were shown dedication to God and family, to be ready and willing to work and endure to the end. Her loving care will be missed by all her family and friends.

Preceded in death by her beloved husband; daughter, Carol; three sisters; two brothers and parents. She is survived by her daughter, Barbara Dodd; 10 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 1, 1997 at 11 a.m. in the Bountiful 11th Ward Chapel, 115 East Wicker Lane, Bountiful. Friends may call Monday evening from 6-8 p.m at Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary Chapel, 295 North Main and Tuesday at the Church 10-10:45 a.m prior to the services. Interment in the Bountiful City Cemetery.
