Ground has been broken on a new Arctic Circle Restaurant at 935 Chambers St. and will be open Sept. 1, according to Gary Roberts, president and chief executive officer of the chain. Managing the new restaurant will be Ogden native Russ Stephens.

The restaurant will have the latest kitchen equipment and systems that have been tested for nine months and installed in most of the company-owned Arctic Circles in Utah. The equipment results in customers receiving their orders quicker.
