Our beloved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, Bill Earl Ludolph, age 72, died in a local hospital on July 15, 1997.
Born on May 29, 1925 in Oakland, California to Grant and Irene Hargis Ludolph. Married Edith Marie Giandiletti, December 9, 1950 in Inglewood, California. Veteran World War II U.S. Navy. Attended George Pepperdine College in California. Moved to Salt Lake in 1952 as a general manager in automotive sales, working in the same business for 45 years. He was a member of Holladay Community Church. He loved life and enjoyed his many friends and family. He will be greatly missed by all.Survived by his wife, Salt Lake City, UT; son, Craig Ludolph (Vickie), Peoria, AZ; daughters, Shelley Nagle, Mission Beach, CA; Sandy Cerkovnik (Jerry), Littleton, CO and Karen Hansen (Cory), Salt Lake City, UT; nine grandchildren, Dustin Nagle (Stacey), Andrea Nagle; Danielle, Nicolette, Dominique Hansen; Andre and Brock Ludolph; Logan and Shelby Cerkovnik; one great-grandson, Michael Ross Nagle. Aunt, Hazel Strong, Bay St. Louis, Mississippi.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Monday, July 21, 1997 in the Wasatch Lawn Mortuary Chapel, 3401 South Highland Drive, where friends may call on Sunday from 5 to 7 p.m. and Monday from 12:45 to 1:45 p.m. prior to services. Interment, Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.
