Payson City's annual Salmon Supper will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 1, at the Payson City Park.
The public is invited to the dinner, which features fresh Alaskan salmon cooked over fruitwood fires by the Payson Volunteer Fire Department.Tickets are $9 a plate and may be purchased at the Payson city offices, First Security Bank, Zions Bank or Far West Bank. Profits from the Salmon Supper will go toward community projects.
