The American Skiing Co. finalized its purchase of Wolf Mountain Ski Resort near Park City Thursday.
Blaise Carrig, 43, was appointed the new vice president and managing director for the resort. Prior to his appointment, Carrig served as vice president and managing director at Sugarbush Ski Resort in Vermont.Several capital improvement programs will accompany the new venture, including lift and facility upgrades. Construction on these projects will be announced within the next 10 days.
Purchase price of the Wolf Mountain acquisition was not disclosed.
