Franklin Terry Hickenlooper, passed away at his home due to advance Parkinson and incidence to old age, on July 6, 1997.

Born April 22, 1918 in Ogden Utah to Franklin and Ruby Terry Hickenlooper. Married Carol Ellsworth March 11, 1942 in the Salt Lake L.D.S. Temple. Franklin was a High Priest in the LDS Church. He graduated with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. He worked as a Project Engineer for U.S. Steel for 35 years. He enjoyed fly fishing, and often took his family camping, hunting and fishing.He is survived by his wife Carol, four sons and four daughters: Mr. and Mrs. George S. (Linda) Burtenshaw, Alameda, CA; Mr. and Mrs. George H (Marylin) Collard, West Jordan; Dr. and Mrs. H. Dennis (Ann) Tolley, Provo; Mr. and Mrs. F. Timothy (Pat) Hickenlooper, Eagle, ID; Mr. and Mrs. James Ellsworth (Sue) Hickenlooper, West Jordan; Dr. and Mrs. Gary Norman (Debbie) Hickenlooper, Colorado Springs CO; Margret H. Ulman, Huntington Beach, CA; Mr. and Mrs. Dean Wallace (Kerry) Hickenlooper, Darien, IL; 31 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, one brother, three sisters, Ralph O. (Judy) Hickenlooper; Ruth and Leon H. Flint; Geneve H. Beesley; Marianne and Rulon W. Call.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday 12 noon at the West Jordan 19th Ward, 2666 West 70th South, West Jordan, UT. Friends may call Tuesday 6-8 p.m. at McDougal West Jordan Mortuary, 1861 West 7800 South and Wednesday 11-11:45 a.m. at the Church. Interment: Riverton City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Primary Children's Medical Center.
