Cottonwood Realty Services, a real estate investment, development and management service firm, has moved into a 7,200-square-foot section in Building 11 at the Cottonwood Corporate Center, 2855 E. Cottonwood Parkway. Other tenants in the building are CMG Funding Corp., Brinton-Banyai Corp. and Ensign Information Systems.

The building is 55 percent occupied and another 20 percent is committed. Construction will begin soon on Building 10 that will share Building 11's lobby. Together the two buildings will have 210,000 square feet.
