Jason Crook Burningham, age 19, died July 6, 1997 in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Born November 12, 1977 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Stephen and Carrolyn Burningham. He loved life and enjoyed archery, hunting, fishing and loved the Jazz and BYU football. He received the rank of Eagle Scout. He was an active member of the LDS Church, and was preparing to serve a full time mission. He touched many lives through his work and play.Survived by parents; three brothers and three sisters, Heather and Richard Jenkins; Travis and fiance, Jennifer Maxfield; Jared and Jody; Tyler; Amelia; Brooke; grandmother, Lorene C. Barker. Preceded in death by sister, Jennifer.

Funeral services will be held Friday, 10 a.m. at West Valley 2nd Ward, 2820 West 3590 South. Friends may call Thursday 5-7 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road, and 9-9:45 prior to services. Interment: Heber City Cemetery.
