The annual Utah Valley Symphony outdoor summer concert will be held at Utah Valley State College on Monday at 7 p.m. in the college's amphitheater. The public is invited.

The free concert will open with the "Star Spangled Banner" and feature horn soloist Laurence Lowe, prize winner of the 1996 McMahon International Solo Competition. Ralph G. Laycock will be the guest conductor. Clyn D. Barrus is the conductor and musical director.Featured numbers include an overture, waltz and three polkas from Strauss and a horn and orchestra concerto by Mozart.
