Amy Carver, age 20, died Saturday, January 24, 1998 in a biking accident.

She was born July 19, 1977, the third daughter of Dean and Debbie Carver of South Jordan. Amy was a bright-eyed young woman who lived and loved life to the fullest. She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She attended Cottonwood and Skyline High Schools, had attended Weber State College, and was currently enrolled at the U of U. Part of Amy's passion for life was music. She was happiest when playing her violin. She had many choice experiences performing with Granite Youth Symphony and other musical groups, and most recently with the Utah Philharmonia. She also appreciated the wonder of nature. Amy's great compassion for people made her an unofficial ambassador of good will. We appreciate her vibrant spirit and example of how to live.She is survived by her parents; sisters, Mindy Carver, Kristin (David R.) Cook; brother, Ryan; niece, Elizabeth; grandparents, William A. Carver, Morris A. and Marjorie C. Kjar. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Marcelle Carver.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Jan. 28, 1998 at 12 noon in the Little Cottonwood 5th Ward, 6350 So. Rodeo Lane (approx. 1500 E.). Friends may call Tues. 6-8 p.m. at Russon Brothers Mortuary, 255 So. 200 E., and Wed. 10-11:30 a.m. at the Ward prior to the service. Interment, Sunset Lawn Cemetery (2350 E. 1300 S.)
