Cerelda Hart Evans, 88, died January 26, 1998 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
She was born May 6, 1909 in Paris, Idaho to Albert Leslie Hart and Amelia Eschler Hart. She married Lloyd Pope Evans April 4, 1933 in Los Angeles, California. Marriage later solemnized in Logan, LDS, Temple. He preceded her in death on January 28, 1968. Member of the LDS Church, serving in the presidency of Relief Society and Primary organizations.She is survived by sons, John Bradford Evans and Stephen Lloyd Evans; grandchildren Steve Evans and Heather Evans; sister, Gwen Anderson and half-brothers Richard and Robert Hart.
Springtime graveside services and interment Garden City Cemetery, Garden City, Utah.
In lieu of flowers she requested that donations be made to the homeless by way of Travelers Aid Society, Salt Lake Community Shelter and Resource Center, 210 South Rio Grande, Salt Lake City, Utah 84101. Funeral directors Wasatch Lawn Mortuary.
