Rising temperatures made for a pleasant walk Thursday in Liberty Park in Salt Lake City, where the mercury reached 46 degrees. That was only 2 degrees below the high for the state - 48 at Zion National Park and St. George. Temperatures late Friday and Saturday should drop a bit as moist air from the Pacific moves into Utah, bringing about 12 to 18 inches of snow in the Wasatch Mountains.
