Montel Williams says he always knew it was empty talk when former employees accused him of sexual harassment.

"Today I feel completely exonerated, vindicated, validated," the TV talk show host said Monday, as the last plaintiff dropped her lawsuit. The federal lawsuit was filed in 1996 by Stacy Galonsky, a former associate producer of "The Montel Williams Show," and Mahri Feldman, a former executive assistant. The two said Williams groped them and made lascivious remarks and that they were fired when they complained.

The lawsuit was joined by four others. The claims of two plaintiffs were thrown out and the rest gradually withdrew.
