Le Bernardin restaurant opened in New York City in 1986 and received its first four-star rating shortly afterwards for its delicate and light gourmet seafood cuisine. Now the restaurant has launched a cookbook that reveals the secrets behind the successful restaurant. "Le Bernardin Cookbook" is a beautiful book that makes the routine chore of cooking look glamorous and luxurious.
