Vicki Lee Waterlyn Jensen passed away at her home in Columbia, Maryland on Wednesday, February 23, 1998.

She was born on June 15, 1951 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Graduated from Skyline High School and continued her education attending Brigham Young University, Hawaii and Provo campuses and the University of Maryland. She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, serving in many positions. At the time of her passing, she was the Spiritual Living Teacher and an ordinance worker in the Washington D.C. Temple.She is survived by her husband, Barry C.; three sons, Jason, attending Ricks College in Rexburg, ID; Dale, currently serving a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Salt Lake City; and Chad, a student at Wilde Lake High School in Columbia; parents, A. Verdon and Margaret Waterlyn, Salt Lake; sister, Wendy Waterlyn/Martin, Salt Lake; two brothers, Ronald S., Littleton, CO; Richard V., Sacramento, CA.

She was employed by Greenspring Health Services as a supervisor prior to her illness.

Our sweet Vicki will be greatly missed by her family and countless friends. She will be remembered for all the beauty she created and the profoundly personal way she touched the lives of so many people.

Services were held in Ellicott City, Maryland on February 26, 1998. A memorial services will be held at 12 noon on Monday, March 2, 1998 at the Wasatch Lawn Mortuary Chapel, 3401 South Highland Drive where friends and family may call from 10:00-11:45 a.m. prior to services. Interment Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.
