Florence Lavon Breg Jensen, 85, passed away of natural causes, March 27, 1998 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
She was born August 1, 1912 to Agnes Anderson and Gustave Edward Berg. She married Andrew Jensen, June 1, 1937 in the Salt Lake Temple. Her main joy was her family. She enjoyed poetry, artistic painting, gardening ad floral arranging. She was very active in the LDS Church where she held many positions. Most of all, she enjoyed teaching the children.Survived by her six children: Ileane, Linda, Ivan, Sherman, Ralph and Lamar; 35 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Edward Nephi and Harold Marcus Berg; two sister, Mae Viola Horner and Shirley Carling. Preceded in death by her husband, five grandchildren, three sisters and one brother.
Funeral services will be held Monday, March 30, 1998 at 10 a.m. in the Granite park Stake, Miller Ward, 3219 South 300 East, Salt Lake City. Friends may call Sunday, March 29 from 7 to 9 p.m. at Larkin Sunset Lawn, 2350 East 1300 South, Salt Lake City.
