Following other airlines, Delta Air Lines will require passengers to keep their seat belts fastened at all times while they are seated during flight. The airline will implement the rule this summer.

This simple procedure greatly reduces the changes a passenger will be injured if the flight encounters undetected turbulence," said Delta Air Lines Chief Operating Officer Maurice Worth.
