The five-time Emmy Award-winning comedian who starred in "Your Show of Shows" and "Caesar's Hour" in the 1950s is suing two lawyers he says reneged on a deal to pay him for a video compilation of sketches from his shows.An arbitration court in December 1995 issued a decision barring lawyers Dan Maccabee and Steven Mark Klugman from distributing the videos. Caesar has filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court to enforce the decision.
