A fashion show turned into a slugfest for a reporter who snapped Courtney Love's picture, the journalist claims in a lawsuit against the actress-singer.
Belissa Cohen alleges in a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Thursday that the brawl began after she took a photograph of Love, who was in the audience during the public event last month.Cohen, who covers celebrities for L.A. Weekly and other publications, said Love grabbed her hair and thrust a knee into her groin, then hit her in the face. Cohen is seeking unspecified damages.
Love will fight the charges "vigorously" in court, said spokeswoman Heidi Schaeffer.
